Shipping policy

UK Parcels are posted with Evri within 3-5 business days of receipt and you’ll be emailed the tracking information through them, plus you’ll receive an email from us letting you know that your parcel has been posted. Parcels usually arrive within 2-3 days of posting. Evri will contact you on the day of delivery to let you know that your parcel is in transit. Unfortunately, if your parcel is delivered and left on your doorstep (or elsewhere) and subsequently stolen then we will NOT be liable to issue you with a refund or replacement. If you would like us to insure your parcel please contact us once your order is placed and you can make the additional payment to cover the insurance cost.

International parcels are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked and we will email you the tracking number on dispatch. Overseas parcels usually arrive with in 7-10 days of posting. Please note that all custom import tax, admin and handling fees, as set by your country, are the customers responsibility to fulfil. We have paid the customs duty on all USA orders at source through Royal Mail when your parcel was processed so this should prevent any further duties being imposed at your end.
